Goal-setting
After meeting and learning about your unique situation, I will work with you to help create your fitness, health and training goals. We may need to break some goals into smaller chunks, and I will help work around things like holidays that you have coming up.
Life style changes
Life style changes are often the most important part of the entire process. I will work with clients to understand their life style, and looking at our goals, we will work together to make long-term life style changes.
Training plans
Once we know our health and fitness goals, the next step may be to write training plans which will help the client meet their goals. Training plans are complex and will vary greatly from client to client. Age, training history, goals, time-scales and other factors are carefuly considered.
Support and feedback
As the program progresses, I will regularly check-in with clients to ensure they are enjoying and benefiting from the programs. Does the training plan need to be adjusted? Are the nutritional changes working well? Can things be improved further? These are all questions I will consider.
